Our Policy

1. Do your homework  If you inquire on things clearly laid out on our website, we will assume you've not done your research, therefore will not respond. It is extremely important to us that our adopters do their homework and research us thoroughly. This means you've already ready our adoption fee page, you fully understand how our waitlist works, and you are aware of how to reserve a kitten.​​​​​​​​

​2. ​Application is only for joining our paid waitlist  If you do not wish to join our waitlist, you must wait until an opportunity arises where kittens are listed on our website after our waitlist has made their choices (with no guarantees on availability). There will then be an individual form provided for that specific kitten under our 'Ragdoll Kittens For Sale' page.​​

​3. ​Privacy Protocol We strictly no longer share the address of our private residence. It has been a growing concern letting strangers come into a private place where we raise our two little girls, and has increasingly become very uncomfortable for us. 4. Denied Requests  We strictly deny certain requests; the moment you ask one of the following questions, you will immediately be flagged. 

"We live nearby. Can I see the kitten before committing?" No. it does not matter if you live across the United States, or a few doors down. We must follow strict protocol regarding our visitation policy. This is our home where we are raising our little girls. In view of this, our private residence must remain exactly that - private. Our address will never be shared with anyone outside our personal community. 

"Do you offer discounts?" The only discount we offer is when you buy more than one kitten. We discount $500 which is double what most breeders offer when including a discount.​​

5. Respect of Breeder's Time  We maintain set hours of operation in order to prevent burnout and ensure we can provide the best care for our kittens and families. Messages, emails, and inquiries sent outside of these hours will be responded to during our next available business hours. Please allow us time to reply. We receive a high volume of emails and applications each day, in addition to providing ongoing support to our kitten families, so responses may not always be immediate. We appreciate your patience while we work through inquiries as thoughtfully as possible. It’s also important to note that we are full-time parents to young children and balance a very busy family and work schedule. We do our best to remain as available and responsive as possible during our operating hours. Respect for these boundaries is important, and inquiries that repeatedly disregard them may not receive a response.

We respond during listed hours; please allow up to 2 business days. Pickups must be scheduled and completed within this timeframe.
