How Our Waitlist Works
1. Joining the Waitlist Our paid waitlist is the only way to be exclusively notified of new and current litters. A $500 deposit secures your spot and is applied toward the final kitten price. Waitlist members receive exclusive access to a privately secured space with photos and occasional videos of kittens. Updates are posted as time allows. From the date joined, waitlist is good for twelve months. We do not keep a long waitlist, therefore wait times are significantly reduced. Average wait time is 3-6 months from time of joining to the time your kitten is in your arms.
2. Reservation Process At eight weeks old, kittens are introduced with photos and descriptions sent by text. Selections are made in order of deposits received to ensure fairness. Each member has 48 hours to sign the adoption contract and send the reservation deposit of $500, bringing the total deposit to $1000. If both steps are not completed within 48 hours, the next person in line will choose instead.
Helpful Tips
It is best to have multiple kitten choices in mind. If someone ahead of you selects your first choice, you will have backups. Please note if there are more than one litter on the waitlist at that time, litters are offered in order of date of birth. If you skip a litter, you will automatically move to the next one in the same order.
3. After Reservation Once your kitten is reserved with the full $1000 deposit, we will schedule a pickup date, usually about four weeks later. Out-of-state adopters can arrange their own travel or use a flight nanny. We can provide recommendations, or you may choose your own.
4. Availability After Waitlist After all waitlist members have had their 48-hour selection window, any unreserved kittens will be listed on our website. Approved adopters outside the waitlist may then reserve them.
